What people say about their Shiatsu Treatment
I have been treated by Kate for back pain, initially to correct a problem and then to maintain a flexible back and have found her techniques very effective and unlike most treatments, long lasting.
I went to see Kate because of some chronic aching in both my hips. I found the way she explores your case history really interesting. Kate helped me look at areas of my diet / fluid intake and she explained how my body / cravings were a reflection of an imbalance which helped me to work on those. I felt safe in her hands. It was a wonderful experience.
I have enjoyed Kate’s services as a shiatsu practitioner for myself and my horse for around 5 years now. She is caring, knowledgeable, and very patient. She really worries about you and always wears a smile on her face.
Kate is deeply intuitive in her work on horses and humans (I have experience of both) and she never fails to pinpoint problems and deal with them carefully and effectively. I have immense faith in her abilities and only wish I had reason to call on services her more often!
Kate has done a brilliant job on my shoulder and knees, I am much more comfortable and the joints are more agile. Her sessions are relaxed and enjoyable – a calm hour in the day.
Kate is a wonderful, talented practitioner. The treatments I had with her were so beneficial and really helped me feel better both emotionally and physically. I would not hesitate to recommend Kate as she is an expert in Shiatsu and well worth a visit.
If you have never tried Shiatsu, then you (and your body) don’t know what you’re missing! I spend much of my time sitting at the computer or meeting clients and after a session of Shiatsu, my body feels like it has been ‘unrolled’ and reenergised so that everything from my arms and legs to my insides all seem to be in the right place again and I’m suddenly programmed to want to be more active. So if you can face a ‘massage with attitude’ you couldn’t find a more experienced practitioner who combines her expert knowledge with a sense of humour.
Kate is a great Shiatsu practitioner and always tailors her treatments to the specific needs of both people and their horses.
